PPPO LLC reserves the right to unilaterally adjust the volumes towards a decrease or increase. And the buyer, in turn, does not make claims and penalties. PPPO LLC disclaims responsibility for the undelivered, or delivered in excess of the specification volume of products. Conclusion of a model agreement as revised by PJSC AVTOVAZ.
The decision to select a supplier based on the results of the request for proposals is made by the Tender Committee / Subcommittee of AVTOVAZ JSC and reported in accordance with the ETP regulations.
- The Tender Committee / Subcommittee of AVTOVAZ JSC reserves the right not to recognize any of the participants as the winner.
