Comments:
Steel scrap and waste of ferrous metals - unsorted, lumpy (digged). Offer price taking into account clogging 10% (per gross). Shipment will be made on gross without blockage of 10%. Loading with a gantry crane, scrap is poured into the car from metal boxes. At the factory site it is possible to accept the Buyer's scrap truck with grab grab.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notification of the competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
