Payment terms:Payment shall be made for each shipment shipped within 3 (three) working days from the date of signing of the Acceptance and Delivery Act (PSA) by the Parties. The Buyer pays the Supplier the cost of the Goods excluding VAT. The amount of tax at the rate of 20% is calculated and paid to the budget by the Buyer - the tax agent, in accordance with paragraph 8 of Art. 161 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (Tax Code). All settlements under the Agreement are made in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the settlement account specified by the Supplier.
