Payment terms:Payment is made for each shipment of Goods shipped within 3 (three) working days of the Parties signing the PSA Acceptance Deed. The buyer pays the Vendor for the price of the Goods excluding VAT. The amount of tax at 20% is calculated and paid to the budget by the Buyer — tax agent, in accordance with Article 161, paragraph 8, of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. All settlements under the Agreement are made in a non-cash manner by transferring money to the Supplier's personal account.
