Auto-extension

The implementation of one lot, for individual items is not implemented.

The price for item M9 is represented by gross weight.
For the remaining items, the price is presented by net weight (excluding blockage).
The blockage is determined in the metal laboratory of LADA Izhevsk LLC.
Blockage item 10 "SCRAP AND WASTE CONTAINING ALLOYS OF non-ferrous metals" on the basis of laboratory opinion No. 49 (in the attachment) - 40.6%.
The blockage of Zinc C3 is 20%.

The volume is approximate. The buyer does not make claims and penalties for under-delivered, or delivered in excess of the specification volume of products.

Mandatory availability of Licenses and other necessary documents.

Conclusion of a standard contract in the editorial office of LADA Izhevsk LLC.
The decision on the selection of a supplier based on the results of a request for proposals is made by the Tender Committee/Subcommittee of AVTOVAZ JSC and reported in accordance with the regulations of the E-Marketplace.
- The Tender Committee/Subcommittee of AVTOVAZ JSC reserves the right to choose any or none of the Bidders as the buyer
