Legal entities that meet the following qualification requirements are allowed to participate in the procedure:
1) have a license for the type of activity, or an appropriate document from an authorized body giving the right to legislatively collect (prepare), store, process and sell scrap and waste ferrous and non-ferrous metals;
2. A copy of the license for the collection, transportation, processing, recycling, disposal, disposal of waste of I-IV hazard classes.
3. have the legal capacity to conclude a contract of sale of scrap metal;
4. are solvent;
5. possess material, financial and labor resources sufficient to fulfill obligations under the contract of sale and purchase of scrap metal.

The following documents are attached to the application:
1. Filled in application form.
2. A copy of the license for the right to carry out activities (license for the right to purchase and receive ferrous and non-ferrous metal waste, etc.), in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. Filled out counterparty card on the form of PJSC Zvezda.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) and is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without bearing any responsibility to the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
