Payment terms:
1. 100% upon receipt of goods and materials at the Buyer's warehouse
2.25% prepayment, 75% upon receipt of INVENTORY at the warehouse of the buyer
Delivery terms:
price delivery to the warehouse of the buyer. (in this case, specify method of delivery).
Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the products shall be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. The item should be labeled. When the goods are being shipped, the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier.

Comments: A full (detailed) products name shall be indicated or products photo shall be provided in the commercial proposal.
1) You must attach a commercial offer (KP) in electronic form. Quotes without attached KP would be considered last.
2) In case of KP, you must specify the following information:
- Separately, the cost for the goods and delivery cost separately (with tax);
- Payment terms;
- Delivery term;
- Packing/packaging;
- Conformity certificates;
- Reference to the manufacturer;
- Supplier's relation to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
- Warranty.
3) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;
4) The supplied products shall be accompanied by conformity certificates, passport, a document certifying
certificate;
5) before shipment, you must fill out a packing list (see example in procurement
documentation), stick packing list on the packaging of the supplied products, copies of documents shall be sent to the customer by e-mail.
6) participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
