The participant of the purchase must attach to the application a quotation and a participant's questionnaire with the telephone numbers of the contact persons.
The winner among the participants will be the organization that offered the best conditions for payment, delivery and execution terms.
The contract will provide for the possibility of adjusting the nomenclature and volume of purchase:
- down to 20%
- up to 30%
