Comments:
Delivery of the goods is carried out by the Buyer by sampling (pickup) from the locations of the goods specified in the bid.
*SPECIAL ATTENTION: Passage for export from the SLD Arkaim, under the bridge with a travel height limit of 3.2 m.
It is necessary to specify in the Commercial offer: transport, loading and unloading operations, work on weighing scrap (by whom and at whose expense). Advantage by the forces and at the expense of the Buyer.
The percentage of clogging indicated at the time of scrap acceptance is not more than 3% LPM. It is necessary to specify this condition of the transaction about the percentage of blockage in the bidder's Commercial offer.
The buyer acts on the basis of a license to carry out activities for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of scrap ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals. Copies of documents are attached to the offer, and information about them is indicated in the Commercial Offer.
It is mandatory for the Buyer to carry out work to assess the explosion and radiation safety of scrap during its acceptance, with the results recorded in the PSA. In the Commercial Offer, indicate the obligation for the applicant to fulfill this condition.
The Buyer provides the Supplier with the original power of attorney (attached to the copies of the acceptance certificate (PSA) and the waybill (TN/TTN) of the Supplier).
