Lot #1. Notification on holding the open tender

1. To meet the own needs of the Principal, being the organizer of the tender, JSC "Mordovenergo", 50, Lenin str., Saransk town, invites the juridical persons and individual employers (hereinafter referred to as the Suppliers) for participation in an open one-stage tender without preliminary selection for a right to sign the Contract for complex supply in 2005 of single-phase counters of electric power.

2. The products shall be supplied under the conditions of strict observance of the declared terms of supply under the conditions of actual supply with payment delay up to 20 days.

3. The tender participant may be any Supplier. Any participant meeting the following requirements shall pretend for participation in this tender:

3.1 Any company capable to perform itself or involving other companies for supply of single-phase counters of electric power in accordance with the applications may the participant.

3.2. The participant shall have the license for supply of single-phase counters of electric power in accordance with the applications, have the required production and storehouse base.

3.3. The participant shall have the exchange fund of single-phase counters of electric power and spare parts.

3.4. The participant shall have the required experience in supply of counters for the power system of RAO "EES of Russia" (reviews from the power systems upon the quality of counters supply).

3.5. The participant shall be solvent, shall not be under the process of liquidation, its property shall not be pawned or arrested. Other requirements to the participants as well as the requirements to the procedure of proving conformity to these requirements are available in the Tender documents.

4. The detailed description of the purchased products and the provisions of the Contract as well as tender procedures are available in the tender documents to be submitted to every supplier upon his written request (application) at the site of B2B-energo.

5. Quantity of the purchased products is indicated approximately and may vary depending on change of production program for 2005.

6. To take part in the tender it is necessary to give the Tender application in time prepared in the following way:

6.1 Tender applications shall be in Russian and sent to tender commission of JSC "Mordovenergo" to the above-mentioned address up to 16:00 (Moscow time) on 18.04.2005.

7. The tender documents are submitted to all tender participants after submission of the tender applications.

8. The tender documents are submitted to tender commission of JSC "Mordovenergo" to the above-mentioned address up to 10:00 (Moscow time) on 10.05.2005.

9. The tender quotation shall be compiled following the form indicated in the tender document and sent to tender commission to the above-mentioned address or electronic site .

10. The Organizer of the tender will perform the procedure of public opening in 16:00 (Moscow time) on 11.05.2005 to the address: 50, Lenin str., Saransk town.

11. The representatives of the tender participants may participate during this procedure.

12. It is supposed that the tender and signing the protocols about the results shall be performed by the Organizer of the tender within 10 days since opening the enveloped with tender quotations.

13. Initial (limit) tender price is "not set".

14. The Organizer of the tender has a right to refuse from holding not later than 5 working days prior to the tender.

15. The Contract upon the tender results (in accordance with article 448 of Civil code of the RF) between the Principal and the Winner will be signed within 10 days since the moment of the result announcement and signing the protocols about the results.
