| Procurement subject: | Lot #1. JSC "Kolenergo" invites to take part in the open tender for selection of the Contractor for performance of work upon rendering the services
for MHPP in accordance with Technical assignments upon the following lots:
Lot No. 1 Working out of processing diagram for preservation of steam boilers of Southern boiler st. NN 1 - 8 for provision of reliable protection of internal heating surfaces at long removal (from 1 to 6 months) of boiler unit for reserve or repair. Work performance period is 01.01.05 - 30.09.05.
Lot No. 2. Development of reconstruction design of re-circulation unit of water heating boilers st. NN 8,9,10 KTC with increase of pipeline diameter and replacement of re-circulation pumps. Work performance period is 01.01 - 31.12.05.
Lot No. 3. Provision of the company with regulating and reference - informational documents. Work performance period is 01.01 - 31.12.05.
Lot No. 4. Purchase and Replacement of filer accumulator of cleaning structures of Eastern boiler station for improvement of cleaning of production drainage. Work performance period is 01.01 - 30.06.05.
Lot No. 5. Change of flow rate of drained water at the sites of Murmansk HPP for calculation of balance of water removal and water consumption. Work performance period is 01.01. - 30.06. 05 G.
Lot No. 6. Issuance of data sheets for thermal insulation of power boilers and turbines to decrease losses of heat and increase of effectiveness of thermal insulation. Work performance period is 01.01. - 30.06. 05.
Lot No. 7. Development of the system of gas-impulse cleaning of convective heating surfaces of heat-exchanging units of 2 steam boilers GM-50-14 and water-heating boiler KBGM-100 of Eastern boiler station. Work performance period is 01.01. - 30.09.05.
Lot No. 8. Development of the system of gas-impulse cleaning of convective heating surfaces of water-heating boiler st. N 5 of Southern boiler station. Work performance period is 01.01 - 30.06.05.
Lot No. 8 a. Development of the system of gas-impulse cleaning of convective heating surfaces of water-heating boilers of KTC. Work performance period is 01.01. - 31.12.05.
Lot No. 9. Development of stationary system for cleaning the pipes of boilers and heat-exchanging units from sediments on the internal surface of the pipes using cleaning means MCK or procedure of KCPO method. Work performance period is 01.01 - 30.06.05.
Lot No. 10. Development of the design for recording unit of heat power at KTC in order to perform mutual settlements between power-supplying company and consumers of heat power. Work performance period is 01.01. - 30.06.05.
Lot No. 11. Development of design documents of selective operation unit at single-phase closing to ground in circuit 6 kV for GSG 6 kV MCR MHPP. Work performance period is 01.02 - 30.03 05.
Lot No. N12. Development of diagram and installation of equipment for input of anti-corrosive deposit in fuel oil supplied to the boilers. Work performance period is 01.01 - 31.09. 05.
Lot No. 13. Improvement of cooling system for fuel oil storage tanks at Southern and Eastern boiler stations. Work performance period is 01
Applications for participation and tender documents may be prepared for every lot or all lots upon the Participant's wish. |

| Requirements to the participants: | Приглашается специализированная организация, обладающая гражданской правоспособностью для заключения договора-подряда, способное самостоятельно или с привлечением субподрядных организаций выполнить предлагаемый перечень работ.Должна иметь лицензии на эти работы, обладать необходимыми ресурсами и соответствуюшими квалифицированными кадрами, иметь опыт проведения подобных работ. Не должна быть не платежеспособной, не должна быть в процессе ликвидации, имущество не должно быть в залоге или под арестом |
| Documentation kit: | Комплект конкурсной документации участник, выразивший свое желание участвовать в конкурсе путем подачи заявки и уплативший не возмещаемый взнос в размере 3 000 руб, немедленно его получит через электронную площадку. |
| Bid securities (except for bank guarantees): | Без обеспечения. |
| Tender bids: | Конкурсное предложение ( конкурсная заявка ) должно быть составлено по форме, указанной в конкурсной документации и направлено в конкурсную комиссию через электронную площадку. |
| Bid opening place: | Вскрытие заявок на конкурсной доске Организатора конкурса будет производиться по адресу конкурсной комиссиии в зале селекторных совещаний. |
| Bid submission deadline: | Bid opening accomplished 26.01.2005 at 14:00 MSK. |
| Contract award criteria and Contract execution term: | Победителем конкурса будет признан участник, предложивший наиболее приемлемые для Заказчика условия выполнения предложенной работы в соответствии с конкурсной документацией. Договор с Победителем будет заключен в течение 30 дней с момента подписания Протокола о рузультатах конкурса. |
| Starting purchase price: | Начальная цена работы не устанавливается. Оплата работ по мере выполнения после подписания двухстороннего акта выполненных работ с представлением подрядчиком на эту сумму счетов-фактур. |
| Rebidding (price regulation): | Organizer may exercise the right to hold a rebidding. |
