| Requirements to the participants: | В конкурсе принимают участие юридические лица, которые должны предоставить документы, подтверждающие правомочность их деятельности.
Участник конкурса должен удовлетворять следующим квалификационным требованиям:
· обладать гражданской правоспособностью для заключения договора;
· обладать необходимыми профессиональными и техническими квалификационными данными, финансовыми ресурсами, оборудованием и другими материальными возможностями, управленческой компетентностью, опытом и репутацией, а также необходимыми трудовыми ресурсами;
· не являться неплатежеспособным или банкротом, не находиться в процессе ликвидации или реорганизации, на его имущество в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, его экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена.
Участник конкурса должен иметь лицензию на осуществление данного вида работ и свидетельство о сертификации товаров, услуг и поставщиков в системе «Энсертико».

| Documentation kit: | Детальный порядок проведения конкурса, условия оформления участия в нем, критерии и порядок определения победителей содержатся в конкурсной документации, получение которой является обязательным условием участия в конкурсе после внесения за неё невозмещаемого сбора в размере 3000 рублей (три тысячи рублей) на расчетный счет ОАО «Конаковская ГРЭС», указанный ниже.
Конкурсная документация будет выдаваться по адресу ОАО «Конаковская ГРЭС», приведенному ниже, или будет отправлена приглашенным участникам конкурса на бумажном носителе или в электронном виде не позднее 5-ти дней с момента получения подтверждения участника о его заинтересованности участвовать в конкурсе.

| Bid securities (except for bank guarantees): | Обеспечение конкурсной заявки – Все конкурсные заявки сопровождаются финансовым обеспечением, составляющим не более 3-х (трех) процентов от предполагаемой стоимости договора, и принимается в форме банковской гарантии.
Обеспечение конкурсной заявки, проигравшим участникам торгов возвращается не позднее, чем через 10 дней после определения победителя конкурса. Победителю конкурса обеспечение конкурсной заявки возвращается не позднее, чем через 10 дней после подписания договора.

Заявки, поданные позже указанного срока, приниматься не будут.
Лица, прибывшие на торги должны иметь при себе доверенности на право участия в представлении технико-коммерческого предложения и участия в регулировании цены по предстоящему договору.
Вскрытие конвертов с предложениями, поданными на конкурс, произойдет в присутствии представителей поставщиков услуг - участников конкурса, пожелавших принять в этом участие.
