The contractor must perform the work in accordance with the source data item 12 technical specification (lot no. 1 "an act of technical decisions No. 509, lot no. 2" RD 17-02-07-272-09 GR).
The customer delivers the basic materials in accordance with Annex No. 5 to TK and sends them to the warehouse, located inside the warehouse plot Albazinskogo of ore-dressing and processing enterprise (hereinafter-AGOK). Delivery of materials from warehouse to production work performed by the contractor at his expense. All materials not included in the annex No. 5 to TK, but necessary for the execution of works, are in the zone of responsibility of the Contractor with the delivery to the place of manufacture of CMP.
The minimum requirements for the availability of equipment necessary for the performance of work is set out in paragraph 10. The contractor independently and at their own expense, provides timely refilling technology fuel and fuel, according to item 9 technical specifications.
The basic requirements for the production of CMP, as well as special requirements to perform work and availability permits are reflected in paragraphs 13, 17 technical specifications.
Accommodation and meals at the customer's site, as well as the mobilization of personnel is at the expense of the contractor. Assisting the customer may, under the terms of the TK on tariffs in annexes 9, no. 10 to it.
Contractor responsibility and obligations are reflected in paragraph 19 of the terms of reference.
In preparation of the offer the participant has to calculate the price for lot no. 1 and no. 2. The participant can submit an offer as on individual lots and two lots together.

The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
