Payment terms:
The contract price (lot price) is formed taking into account the expenses for the fulfillment of the Agreement in accordance with the requirements of clause 8 and paragraph 9 of the technical specification, transportation expenses, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other obligatory payments. Travel expenses, the cost of packaging (tare), the cost of delivery of products to the objects on the request for delivery of goods.
The price of the contract (the price of the lot) is formed without taking into account the costs of unloading during delivery of the products to the object (since the customer organizes the work at his own expense).
The price of the contract (lot Price) is formed taking into account VAT in the amount according to the tax code of the Russian Federation – at the rate of 20% (as the products in accordance with the agreement will be transferred after 01.01.2019 (article 5 of the Federal law of 03.08.2018 № 303-FZ)) if the participant is a VAT payer.
The price of the contract (lot Price) is formed without VAT, if the participant is not the taxpayer of VAT or is relieved from performance of duties of VAT taxpayer in accordance with the tax code of the Russian Federation.
