Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment is preferably made within 15-30 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works, with an advance payment, it is mandatory to provide a bank guarantee (the list of banks in appendix 5).

Acceptance of works is made monthly upon the fact of the completed works. The Contractor, no later than the 25th day of the reporting month, provides the Customer with a Certificate of acceptance of the completed works for review and signing, no later than 3 (three) working days before the end of the reporting month, a certificate of the cost of the completed works and costs and an invoice of the sample established in the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:LOT 1. Until 01.11.2021. In two stages. The decision on the possibility of performing work on the second stage is made separately no later than 04.10.2021.
LOT 2. Duration - 75 days. The readiness of all works is 01.11.2021.

1. Execution of works under the current technological process.
2. The beginning of work on the letter of guarantee.
3. It is mandatory to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of works/services before submitting an application for participation in the purchase (if necessary/possible).
4. The company provides for a refund of the cost of electricity in the amount of 1.93% of the cost of work at current prices before VAT is charged
5. Signing of the standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6);
6. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- The work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (under 60 years of age),
- Employees engaged in labor activity on the territory of JSC "PNTZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Sverdlovsk region, or undergo a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Sverdlovsk region from another region before the start of work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, rental contracts, etc.), or present a document on passing a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor organization must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature monitoring (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), as well as disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the enterprise territory;
- observe the mask mode on the entire territory of enterprises (work, walking, driving);
- observe a" social " distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.
7. Signing of the DS to the agreement on the provision of PPE (Annex 7).

Работы должны выполняться организацией, имеющей:
1. Членство в СРО с допуском к работам на Опасных производственных объектах (ОПО).
2. Соответствующую материально-техническую базу:
2.1 Оборудование для выполнения монтажных (демонтажных) работ.
3. Квалифицированный персонал:
3.1. Специалисты, аттестованные:
- по ПБ (протоколы Ростехнадзора - А.1);
4. Наличие необходимого инструмента и оборудования для проведения работ, укомплектованность СИЗ. Оборудование и материалы должны быть сертифицированы, проверены и соответствовать требованиям законодательства РФ.
5. Опыт работы не менее 3 лет по заявленным видам работ.
