Обоснование: 1. Признать Победителем по лоту 1 (Закупка №17203, лот №101) ООО "ИНТЕРСИСТ-Сервис" (614007, Пермский край, г. Пермь, ул. Тимирязева, дом 24а, офис 504), ИНН 5904160790, КПП 590401001 (является субъектом МСП, малое предприятие)
Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на выполнение демонтажных, строительно-монтажных и пусконаладочных работ по объекту: «Модернизация ССПИ на ПС «Лысьва» производственного отделения «Чусовские электрические сети» филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» – «Пермэнерго», на сумму 3 279 284,68 руб. без НДС (цена договора с НДС - 3 869 555,92 руб.). Срок выполнения работ: 120 календарных дней с даты заключения договора и иные существенные условия согласно Документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
2. Признать Победителем по лоту 2 (Закупка №17203, лот №102) ООО "Уралэнерготел" (620041, Свердловская обл., г. Екатеринбург, пер. Асбестовский, д. 3, оф. 1), ИНН 6670171718, КПП 667001001 (является субъектом МСП, малое предприятие)
Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на поставку оборудования ССПИ для выполнения строительно-монтажных и пусконаладочных работ по объекту: «Модернизация ССПИ на ПС «Лысьва» производственного отделения «Чусовские электрические сети» филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» – «Пермэнерго», на сумму 5 407 479,00 руб. без НДС (цена договора с НДС - 6 380 825,22 руб.). Срок поставки: 60 календарных дней с даты заключения договора и иные существенные условия согласно Документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
