Payment terms:Заказчик производит оплату за оказание каждого этапа Услуг в размере, указанном в Календарном графике оказания услуг (Приложение №2), в течение 30 календарных дней с пятого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем, в котором Сторонами был подписан Акт сдачи-приемки Услуг по соответствующему этапу на основании счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
Delivery terms:По окончании оказания каждого этапа Услуг Исполнитель направляет Заказчику подписанный со своей стороны Акт сдачи-приемки Услуг по соответствующему этапу в 2 (двух) экземплярах. В случае если результатом Услуг по соответствующему этапу являются документы, указанные в Технических требованиях (Приложение №1), Исполнитель одновременно с указанным Актом представляет Заказчику данные документы на бумажном носителе и в электронной форме.
