Payment terms:
the first phase: Customer lists Contractor prepayment of 30% (thirty percent) of the cost of materials and delivery flow to its destination within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signature of this Treaty, subject to receipt by the customer of the account issued by the contractor; the remaining no more 70% (seventy percent) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of completion and signing of the act performed repairs if there is a standard form invoice with all primary documents ready to incorporate into the customer's account (including forms of COP 2, COP-3) second stage: The customer shall transfer to the contractor in advance the amount of 10% (ten percent) of the value of work within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signature of this Treaty, subject to receipt by the customer of the account issued by the contractor; the remaining 90% is not more than (ninety percent) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of completion and signing of the act performed repairs if there is a standard form invoice with all primary documents ready to incorporate into the customer's account (including forms of COP 2, COP-3) 8.2. Obligation to pay for the cost of this contract shall be deemed to be fulfilled with the money debited from the current account of the customer.
