SMITH SIBERIAN SERVICES Limited Liability Company (CCC LLC) intends to conduct activities to select a counterparty for Lot No. 2-CCC-28 "Selection of Lithium Battery Supplier for GE Tensor TMS for the telemetry service of CCC LLC for 2022"
In this regard, CCC LLC invites you to make offers on the terms specified in the Terms of Reference.

Note: The cost of providing services should include all possible costs. Reimbursable expenses in excess of the price specified in the offer must be deciphered and the procedure for determining them and the upper limit should be specified.

If you agree to take part in the ongoing events for the provision of services, please provide the following documents by 12:00pm Moscow time. December 28, 2021:
1. Application form (Form 1)
2. Quotation (Form 2)
3. Statute;
4. Registration certificate;
5. Certificate of registration;
6. Extract from the EGRUL;
7. Balance sheet f-1, f-2 as of the last reporting date;
8. Documents confirming the authority of the signatory;
9. Criteria (in app)
10. Documents supporting the data specified in the criteria.
11. Licenses (if a licensed activity).

ALL COPIES MUST BE CERTIFIED BY THE SEAL OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THE SIGNATURE OF AN AUTHORIZED PERSON.

Proposals submitted after the deadline, filled in not on the specified form, will not be considered.

Under no circumstances can this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, CCC LLC does not bear any responsibility for refusing to conclude an agreement with persons who have submitted a proposal to conclude an appropriate transaction.

CCC LLC reserves the right to accept any of the proposals received, or not to accept any of them.
