Note: The cost of providing services should include all possible costs. Reimbursable expenses in excess of the price indicated in the offer must be deciphered and the procedure for determining them and the upper limit shall be indicated.
If you agree to take part in ongoing activities for the provision of services, please provide up to 12-00 Moscow time. On February 14, 2020, the following package of documents:
1. Application for participation (Form 1)
2. Commercial offer (Form 2)
3. Charter;
4. Registration certificate;
5. Certificate of registration;
6. Extract from the register;
7. The balance sheet f-1, f-2 at the last reporting date;
8. Documents confirming the powers of the signatory;
9. Criteria (in the appendix)
10. Documents confirming the data specified in the criteria.
11. Licenses (if licensed type of activity).
ALL COPIES SHOULD BE CERTIFIED BY THE ORGANIZATION SEAL AND SIGNATURE OF THE AUTHORIZED PERSON.
Proposals submitted later than the deadline, completed not on the specified form, will not be considered.
Under no circumstances may this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, SSS LLC does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the refusal to conclude an agreement with persons who have asked to conclude an appropriate transaction.
SSS LLC reserves the right to accept any of the proposals received, or not to accept any of them.
