We would like to inform you that the Integra-services "when considering bids will hold pre-qualified contractors, which asks you to provide the following information:

1. Application form (Appendix 1).
2. Passport Organization (annex 2).
3. Commercial offer.
4. Quoted specification (Appendix 3).
5. Copy of the document confirming the authority of the signatory to the quotation.
6. Copy of certificate about State registration of the enterprise (BIN).
7. A Copy Of The Constitution.
8. Copy of certificate on registration in tax bodies (INN).
9. Background on the factual and legal address of the organization.
10. Balance sheet (form 1 and form 2) for the preceding calendar year and the last reporting date.
Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be processed.
The present proposal can under no circumstances be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, the Integra-services "does not bear any liability whatsoever for refusing to sign a contract with persons applying the proposal to conclude the transaction.
Integra Services reserves the right to accept any of the proposals or do not accept any of them.
Integra services "does not assume the obligation to notify all participants of the results.
