We hereby inform you that Integra-Services LLC intends to take measures to select a counterparty for the supply of computer components.
In this regard, Integra-Services LLC invites you to send offers on the conditions specified below.
We inform you that Integra-Services LLC, when considering commercial offers, will carry out preliminary qualifications of contractors, for which it asks you to provide the following information:
§ information on previously concluded contracts with our organization, other Integra Group Companies, indicating details of contracts, additional agreements and specifications;

If you agree to take part in the events, please provide up to 12 hours Moscow time
10/10/2019 following package of documents:

- Application for participation (Appendix No. 1).
- Organization passport (Appendix No. 2).
- Commercial offer.
- Quotation specification (Appendix No. 3).
- Company account card.

We inform you that Integra-Services LLC, when considering commercial offers, will carry out preliminary qualifications of contractors, for which it asks you to provide the following information:

(For pre-qualification):
- A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person signing the proposal.
- Copy of Certificate of state registration of the enterprise (PSRN).
- Copy of the Charter.
- Copy of Tax Registration Certificate (TIN).
- Information on the actual and legal address of the organization.
- The balance sheet (form 1 and form 2) for the previous calendar year and the last reporting date.

Information on previously concluded contracts with our organization, other Integra Group Companies, indicating details of contracts, additional agreements and specifications (if any).
Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Under no circumstances may this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, Integra-Services LLC does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the refusal to conclude an agreement with persons who have applied to conclude a corresponding transaction.
Integra-Services LLC reserves the right to accept any of the proposals received, or not to accept any of them.
