Payment terms:Payment upon delivery is not earlier than 90 and not later than 120 calendar days from the date of fulfillment by the Supplier of the obligation to deliver the Goods.
Delivery terms:Delivery basis: Nyagan city. The price of the Goods should include all expenses for packaging and delivery of the Goods to the buyer's warehouse of Integra-Services LLC. The Supplier delivers at its own expense and on its own to the Buyer's warehouse. The presence of a quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the goods is required. Delivered goods must be new.

We hereby inform you that Integra-Services LLC intends to take measures to select a counterparty for the supply of spare parts for TPD 600 pumps.
In this regard, Integra-Services LLC invites you to send offers on the conditions specified below.
We inform you that Integra-Services LLC, when considering commercial offers, will carry out preliminary qualification of contractors, for which it asks you to provide the following information:
§ information on previously concluded contracts with our organization, other Integra Group Companies, indicating details of contracts, additional agreements and specifications;
§ information about the presence of a dealer agreement or authorization, qualified personnel, our own production base and other means with the appropriate level of technical equipment, allowing us to produce the materials and equipment procured by the MTP, work and services of the required quality in the required time and amount.

If you agree to take part in the events, please provide up to 12 hours Moscow time
October 16, 2019 following package of documents:

1. Application for participation (Appendix No. 1).
2. Organization passport (Appendix No. 2).
3. Commercial offer.
4. Quotation specification (Appendix No. 3).
5. A copy of the document confirming the authority of the person signing the proposal.
6. Copy of Certificate of state registration of the enterprise (PSRN).
7. Copy of the Charter.
8. Copy of Tax Registration Certificate (TIN).
9. Information on the actual and legal address of the organization.
10. The balance sheet (form 1 and form 2) for the previous calendar year and the last reporting date.
Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Under no circumstances may this offer be regarded as an offer. Accordingly, Integra-Services LLC does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the refusal to conclude an agreement with persons who have asked to conclude a corresponding transaction.
Integra-Services LLC reserves the right to accept any of the proposals received, or not to accept any of them.
