Please be informed that the company "Integra Services" when considering commercial offers will conduct pre-qualification of contractors, which asks you to provide the following information:

2. Certificates for products postovlyaemuyu
3. Fixing the price for 1 year

If you agree to participate in ongoing activities for the provision of materials and equipment, please submit the following documents in a scanned format:
1. Extract from the register not previously dated 2016
2. Application of the Applicant (Appendix 1)
3. Offer in the form of quoted specifications in the electronic version in the attached format
4. Copies of the Charter and the Foundation Agreement
5. A copy of the Balance Sheet or the tax return for the last reporting period, with the tax authorities on the adoption of
6. A copy of the license (permit) for the supply of materials and equipment in the cases stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation
7. A copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authorities
8. A copy of the Registration Certificate
9. Organizations passport (Appendix 2)
