Comments:
VimpelCom PJSC invites organizations to participate in the qualification and further selection of a supplier for the provision of cleaning and maintenance services for the administrative offices of the Eastern Region for a period of 2 years in Lots:
Lot 1 - cleaning
Lot 2 - maintenance (TO)
Distribution on meadows in the documentation package file "DOK" and in the bookmarks of this procedure.
You can apply for participation in both one Lot and two Lots. Both for one Podloty, and for several Podloty. You can apply for all lots as a whole
To participate in the procedure, participants must:
1. read the file "procurement documentation. Including it contains a breakdown into Lots (cleaning and maintenance), and sub-meadows - a list of cities in each sublot. Sublot is not divided.
Provide response documents until 06/20/2020 24-00 Moscow time, namely:
- Fill out the Questionnaire and provide its scan copy, in PDF format, signed by an authorized representative
- Prepare the following documents as separate PDF files:
* Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated no more than 3 months old;
* Letter - a statement of non-affiliation;
* Free reference: the company is not insolvent or bankrupt, is not in the process of liquidation, the property of the company is not seized, the economic activity of the company is not suspended, there is no debt for mandatory payments to the budget
* Fill in the "Information" file and provide in xls format.
* The completed file in xls format and signed in pdf "Qualification Requirements" and all scanned copies of the documents specified in it. In the folder for each Lot: cleaning and maintenance is attached its own file "declaration of compliance".
* The filled-in file "Balance 2018 - 2019" with financial reporting data (data of Balance F1 and the report on financial results of F2) in xls format and the forms of the Balance sheet and report on financial results for 2018 and 2019 in pdf format with a mark about sending / accepting tax authority
* The completed "KP" files for each Sublot are a separate file. The KP is submitted entirely to one Sublot, the Sublot is not divided, cities and price positions from the KP for each sublot are not removed. The order of filling the KP is indicated in the files under the tables. Prices for each item are the same for all cities of the same sub-base.
- Also, we transmit for review other documents: Agreement, Terms of Reference, Purchasing Documentation, etc.

By opening this invitation, you agree to the "Privacy Statement", about
not disclosure of confidential information, which is located in the file "DOK".
