Albazino Resources LLC invites you to take part in the competition for construction and installation (repair) works:
Lot No. 2 – Delivery of goods and repair of heating mains at the facility of LLC Resources Albazino in Amursk.

Place of work:
Khabarovsk Territory, Amursk:
Lot No. 2 – Production base of LLC Resources Albazino, 2 Mashinostroiteley str., object "AL 0001118 Checkpoint with canteen".

Terms of work:
Lot #2:
Start of work on 13.05.2024;
Completion of works on 06/14/2024.

Minimum necessary requirements for the Contractor's machines and mechanisms (with an indication of the list and quantity for each type of equipment):
Lot #2:
1. Truck crane, g/n not less than 14 tons - 1 unit;
2. Excavator, bucket volume not less than 0.25 m3 - 1 unit;
3. Concrete mixer - 1 unit;
4. Rammer /vibrating plate - 1 unit;
5. Trucks for removal of construction debris and other works - 1 unit;
6. Manual and auxiliary tools for all types of work (crowbar, puncher, USM, drill, screwdriver, extension cords, etc.) - the number is determined by the composition of the team. All employees should be provided with the necessary tools.
Basic requirements for contractor personnel (quantity / qualification / mode of operation):
1. The number of personnel and the composition of teams is formed by the Contractor independently, depending on the type of work performed, taking into account the provision of work according to the Schedule (Adj. 3 to the Requirements Specification).
It is mandatory to have certificates of admission to work at height, work from cradles (when performing work from car towers), certificates of electrical safety.
The presence of certified ITP of the Contractor at the site of work is mandatory. Control over the production of works is carried out by a person appointed by the Contractor's order with the appropriate certificates (geodetic control, construction control), the specialist must be included in the LDC.
2. The mode of production of works is determined by the Contractor's internal Order, taking into account the requirements for the production of works by the Customer.

The composition of the works and the requirements for the production of works are reflected in the Terms of Reference and appendices thereto.

We would be grateful to receive your commercial offer with the following applications:
- a commercial offer on the official letterhead of the Bidder signed by an authorized person indicating information on the approval of the basic draft of the contract without disagreement, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreement;
- completed offer card (Appendix No. 3 to the letter);
- completed calculation of the contract price (Appendix No. 2 to the Requirements Specification);
- the completed Questionnaire of the counterparty (Appendix No. 4 to the letter) and the reference list;
- scanned copies of the permits required to perform the work;
- scanned copies of documents confirming the availability of the necessary equipment, equipment;
- the charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions);
- certificate of state registration (assignment of OGRN);
- certificate of tax registration;
- the decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- if necessary, a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Appendix No. 5 to the letter).

This offer request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
