3. Qualification materials, according to the requirements of the Terms of Reference.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, TWO SERVICE OPTIONS ARE BEING CONSIDERED (taking into account the MoyServis_Auto platform and without it) ACCORDING TO SEVERAL CONDITIONS OF THE PAYMENT PROCEDURE. THE CUSTOMER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE THE MOST ACCEPTABLE OPTION.

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
