Preliminary consideration of auction bids
When submitting an auction bid, the bidders need to upload the documents to the System in accordance with the requirements of the auction documentation. On the basis of the received auction bids the Organizer will make decision concerning admission of the bidders to the auction bidding.

Payment terms:Оплата за выполненные работы производится в следующем порядке:
- не более 30% (тридцати процентов) от стоимости настоящего Договора выплачиваются Подрядчику в течение 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней с момента подписания настоящего Договора при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Подрядчиком, а оставшиеся не более 70% (семидесяти процентов) не более 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента завершения работ и подписания акта приемки объекта в эксплуатацию при наличии счета – фактуры установленного образца.
Окончательный расчет за выполненные работы по объекту производится Заказчиком не поздне 30 (тридцати) календарных дней после полного заверше¬ния его строительства, включая устранение выявленных дефектов, на основании акта приемки объекта в эксплуатацию, оформленного в ус¬тановленном порядке
