Обоснование: Признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос цен по Лоту № 71.1, согласно п.7.9 «Положения о закупках продукции для нужд ОАО «Теплоэнергосервис», т.к. ни одно из предложений участников не удовлетворяет требованиям запроса цен. А именно: оба участника предлагают осуществить поставку из г.Челябинск, что влечёт за собой риск срыва сроков поставки товара, дополнительные затраты по хранению груза в г. Томмот, дополнительные транспортно-заготовительные расходы по переработке груза в п. Нижнеянск.
