Payment terms:	Оплата за выполненные работы производится в следующем порядке: - не более 30% (тридцати процентов) от стоимости настоящего Договора выплачиваются Подрядчику в течение 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней с момента подписания настоящего Договора при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Подрядчиком, а оставшиеся не более 70% (семидесяти процентов) не более 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента завершения работ и подписания акта приемки объекта в эксплуатацию при наличии счета – фактуры установленного образца. Окончательный расчет за выполненные работы по объекту производится Заказчиком не поздне 30 (тридцати) календарных дней после полного заверше¬ния его строительства, включая устранение выявленных дефектов, на основании акта приемки объекта в эксплуатацию, оформленного в ус¬тановленном порядке
