The tender procedure is conducted in 2 stages:
1. Prequalification (collection of Applications, title documents and permitting documentation)
2. Collection of technical and commercial proposals (provision of proposals, analysis, technical alignment, decision on nomination).
If you wish to apply in the tender procedure (pre-qualification) it is necessary to fill out, send the following documents:
1. Contractor's Question,
2. List of types of works (if not previously provided),
3. Reference-sheet (with a depth of not more than 3 years),
4. Permission documentation (licenses, certificates, certifications, etc.)
Requirements for tender participants:
1. Performing the works according to the technical specification.
§ Term of readiness of the object — 29.10.20 g.
§ Perform a pre-project survey of the object.
§ To develop working documentation for the LAN and the electrical connection of the ARM according to the specifications provided by the customer;
§ Harmonize working documentation on LAN and electrical connection of ARM
(c) DUDIX PJSC "AVTOVAZ" and DIS (LAN); $
§ Procurement of materials and components for implementation of LAN projects
and electrical connections of ARM according to the project; $
§ Provide certificates for components, materials and equipment;
§ Before the start of the work to develop and agree on the project of production of works according to the SNIP;
§ Provide a license for the right to produce this type of work, as well as certificates and verification of the instruments used in the work, certification and certificates of specialists for this type of work;
§ Perform installation of LAN;
§ Installation of the electrical network;
§ To carry out author's supervision of the implementation of technical decisions provided for by working documentation at the stage of the CMR;
§ Perform acceptance tests of LAN and power grids in accordance with the requirements of DIS and EMS (provide protocols of measurement of communication lines and protocols of measurement of electric grids);
§ Provide working documentation on LAN and electrical connection of IT equipment in 4 copies on paper and in electronic form.
§ Provide executive documentation with the acts of delivery and acceptance in the following form: working documentation (project); statement of technical documents; act of delivery and acceptance of electrical works; protocol DC cable measurement; deed for hidden work; statement of mounted equipment; certificate for cable; license (license for performed work); specifications; specification equipment; declaration of conformity, test test equipment.
Application — technical conditions for the LAN and the electrical connection of the ARM.
