PJSC "VimpelCom" invites you to participate in the qualification selection procedure for further participation in the selection procedure of a service provider for the construction and modernization of radio relay communication lines (RRL) for B2B customers and vehicles in the Far East by Lot

To participate in the procedure you need:
In the period on 01/16/2020 24-00 Moscow time at the ETP B2V center to submit completed response documents in the specified format, according to the forms provided:
- Fill out the Questionnaire and provide its scan copy, in PDF format, signed by an authorized representative
- Prepare the following documents as separate PDF files:
* Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated no more than 3 months old;
* Letter - a statement of non-affiliation;
* Fill in the "Information" file and provide in xls format.
* The completed file in xls format and the "declaration of conformity" signed in pdf is called "CT RRL" and all scan copies of documents indicated in it
* The completed file "Balance 2018 - 2018" with financial reporting data (data of Balance F1 and the report on financial results. Ф2) in xls format and the forms of the Balance sheet and the report on financial results with a tax mark on acceptance
* file "Types of work" filled with quotations. Indicate the price (without range, without text) rub without VAT
- Also, we transmit for review other documents: Agreement, Terms of Reference, Purchasing Documentation, etc.
All necessary information and requirements are set out in the file "procurement documentation" and its annexes.
PJSC VimpelCom reserves the right to determine the winners based on:
1) Qualification Requirements
2) The results of the assessment of financial stability
3) The results of the assessment of the corporate security unit for the presence / absence of interaction risks.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for by these articles. By opening this invitation, you agree to the clause on non-disclosure of confidential information that is embedded in the RFI package of documents
