Payment terms:Payment of the invoice is made by the Customer no later than 10 working days from the moment of signing the Act of completed works until receipt of the Final Act, formed and sent by the Contractor no later than 30 days from the date of completion of the medical examination. Payment for the work performed is made in a non-cash manner by transferring funds from the Customer's current account to the Contractor's current account specified in Section 10 of the draft Agreement (medical services provided under this Agreement are not subject to VAT in accordance with clause 2, Part 2, Article 149 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation)
Delivery terms:On the territory of the Contractor. Medical examination and psychiatric examination are carried out at the same address.
