Comments: The customer provides for the selection of several winners of the Call for Bidding. The winner is determined by the amount of points scored. The Bidder with the highest number of points is recognized as the winner who took the first place in the rating. The number of winners per lot depends on the number of admitted Bidders, in accordance with the rating of Bidders and the fulfillment of the conditions in section 18 of the Call for Bidding Bid Notice. Criteria for evaluating Bidders' proposals and comparing bids: The unit price of the service offered by the Bidder is 50 points. Availability of cargo vehicles for the transportation of goods in 20 and 40 foot refrigerated containers – 50 points.
