Comments:
The customer provides for the selection of several winners of the Call for Bidding. The winner is determined by the amount of points scored. The Bidder with the highest number of points is recognized as the winner who took the first place in the rating.
The number of winners per lot depends on the number of admitted Bidders, in accordance with the rating of Bidders and the fulfillment of the conditions in section 18 of the Call for Bidding Bid Notice.
Criteria for evaluating Bidders' proposals and comparing bids:
The lowest price offered by the Call for Bidding Bidder is 90 points.
The Bidder must have experience in providing survey services, the cost of which is at least 30% (thirty percent) of the initial (maximum) contract price excluding VAT, set out in the Bid Notice on Call for Bidding – 10 points.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
