Comments:
PJSC VimpelCom invites your Company to take part in the formation of the list of participants in the procurement event (PM) for the selection of suppliers for the provision of services for the organization and conduct of corporate events for employees of the branches of the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom, for a period of 2 years.

The procurement event (hereinafter referred to as ZM) will consist of the following stages:
- collection of applications from counterparties on the B2B platform;
- request for documents in accordance with the qualification requirements of the Procurement Documentation;
- verification of the submitted documents for compliance with the requirements of PJSC VimpelCom.

To participate in the ZM, it is necessary to attach the following documents to this procedure on the site by 10/04/2021 to 11:00 (Moscow time):
• "Questionnaire of the ZM participant + compliance of the participant with the requirements of the procurement event" (signed scan in PDF format).
• "Counterparty Questionnaire" for confirmation of labor resources (signed scan in PDF format).
• Provide financial statements in Forms 1 and 2 for 2019 and 2020 (scanned copies of the balance sheet and statement of financial results) + tax stamp on receipt of these statements + financial. the reporting must be certified either by the EDS of the head of the organization (if any), or contain a living signature and seal marked "Copy is correct".
• "Financial Analysis" completed for 2019-2020. (in Excel) in accordance with fin. reporting.
• A certificate from the Federal Tax Service about the absence of tax arrears from your organization in the form of KND 1120101. If there is a debt, provide a certificate on the status of tax settlements in the form of KND 1160080.
• Participant card, indicating the contacts of the responsible manager on your part for this MR: full name, position, e-mail, work and / or mobile phone (in Excel).
• "Questionnaire of a potential VK supplier" (fill in Excel);
• Constituent documents of the Company:
1. Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities / OGRN;
2. Tax Registration Certificate, TIN;
3. Charter.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. A document confirming the authority of the Manager (or a person authorized to sign contractual documents on behalf of the Company).

Requirements for electronic copies of documents

Each electronic document must be:
• easy to read;
• saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must be grouped into one file, for example: the document "Charter" must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
