Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
The application for participation in the trading procedure at the ETP group B2B-Center (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted with the indication of the rate in rubles, while necessarily applying a commercial offer for form Annex 1.

It is necessary to have documentation confirming the quality of products. In case of delivery of products produced outside the EAEU, the Supplier is obliged to provide copies of the TBG on the supplied products and the international goods and transport consignment note (CMR) at the same time as the products. Information in these documents, which is of a commercial nature, can be hidden.
It is not necessary to provide GBGs and CMR in the following cases if:
1. Items worth less than 50 000 rubles without VAT on one item in the specification/account.
2. Positions purchased from the official dealer/distributor/trading house subject to the manufacturer/supplier providing up-to-date certificate/letter confirming the official dealership.
