Comments: We invite you to take part in the competition in the form of electronic competitive bidding process to choose the supplier(s) of the range of trays and substrates of the UPU for the needs of Lenta LLC
The procedure and conditions of participation in the competition
The competition is held in the form of an electronic competitive bidding process (ReverseAuction) according to the Bid specification (Appendix No. 1).
Venue of Competitive Bidding process – electronic Competitive Bidding Process system b2b-center.ru
The competition will be held in two stages:
1. Prequalification.At this stage, documents are being collected on the site b2b-center.ru and testing of the provided samples.
2. Conducting Competitive bidding process with Bidders who were admitted to the Competitive bidding Process based on the testing and the conclusion of the expert commission.
The approximate date of the competitive bidding process is 02/26/2024.
To participate in these electronic competitive bidding processes, you need until 18:00 on 02/14/2024:
1) attach on the electronic platform b2b-center.ru package of documents:
a. Company card (Appendix X) in Excel format and in the form of a scanned copy issued by the Bidder (signature, seal).
b. Accounting statements (balance sheet (f1 and f2) and explanations to the balance sheet for the last reporting period.
c. Information on depreciation accrued for the period, certified by seal and signature; for the last reporting period.
d. Information on long-term accounts receivable (more than one year) certified with a seal and signature
d. Certificate 4-FSS, for the last reporting period
The names of the files must correspond to the name of the Application (document).
Bidders who have not provided the full set of required documents are not allowed before the testing and competitive bidding process.
2) Please provide samples in accordance with the stated specification at the address: 197374 St. Petersburg, Savushkina str., 112, lit. B (The Central office of the Lenta company) in the name of Anastasia Overchuk.
Rules for the provision of samples:
-Samples must comply with the stated specification.
-Samples must be packed.
-The name of your organization and the recipient must be indicated on the package (Anastasia Overchuk)
-A list of all items to be sent on an A4 sheet must be enclosed in the package
-The main characteristics of the product must be indicated on each of the samples. The name of your organization should not be on the samples themselves.
The deadline for providing samples is up to and including 02/14/2024.
3) After testing, we will inform you about who is admitted to the Competitive bidding process.
4) The partners admitted to the Competitive bidding process will need to log in to the electronic Competitive Bidding Process system b2b-center.ru under the access codes (login and password) specified by you when registering in the system and take part in the procedure within the specified time frame. If you are not a registered user of the electronic Competitive bidding process system, register in the system (website b2b-center.ru section "Registration").
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
