Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1. Main offer - Payment is made within 30 calendar days upon delivery of products, including VAT;
or
2. Alternative offer - Payment is made in advance in the amount of 100% when placing an order, including VAT.
Comments: 1. Commercial offer validity: the price offer must be valid for at least 20 calendar days.
2. The price should be kept in case of selection of a part of positions, when concluding an agreement on the terms of a deferred payment.
3. Commercial proposal must be drawn up in free form on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation.
4. The commercial proposal must indicate:
- cost of goods and materials with VAT + delivery to the buyer's warehouse, including packaging;
- the delivery cost should be highlighted in a separate line;
- units of measurement in the commercial proposal must correspond to those requested;
- attitude to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- delivery time to the buyer's warehouse;
5. The commercial proposal must be accompanied by:
Financial statements (Form 1,2) of the supplier for 2020 and Q1 2021 - in case of submitting an offer for the supply of products on terms of advance payment;
Note: this request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
ONS LLC reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results with the exception of the winner, to cancel the request or its results, as well as to exclude any of the request participants without giving a reason. Submission of an offer implies acceptance of the terms of the request.
At the request of the supplier, a Specification can be sent.
