Comments:
For the construction of the facility, the supply of lightning rods, high-mast lighting poles is required (see the appendix to the Bidden Notice). All products must be new and comply with the requirements of GOST specified in the Requirements Specification attached to the Bid Notice and this description.
Submission of bids is possible for the entire lot. The lot is indivisible.
It is advisable to attach a passport or its form (manufacturer) of the product to each claimed item to the bid for participation. If they are not available, these documents may be requeries during the summing-up period.
Additional technical requirements are specified in the relevant appendices to the Bidden Notice and questionnaires. If you have any questions, you can make a request for clarification.
The target conditions for this request are pickup.
The target delivery time is when the products are ready from the supplier, but not more than 40 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Target payment terms under the agreement are 100% post payment of 60 calendar days.
It is also permissible to make an alternative offer with other conditions.
In the commercial offer, the supplier is obliged to provide the correct production dates, as well as consent to grant the customer's representative access to the supplier's territory for the purposes of auditing, monitoring and evaluating the progress of production, pre-shipment acceptance.
The supplier must provide special packaging for sea transportation to the far north.
According to this procedure, the customer has the right to announce rebidding.
The contract with the winner of the procedure will be concluded in electronic form on the B2B platform in accordance with the customer's form. |
