According to the statement of work No. 28 of 09/26/19

If the price of waste paper at the nearest pulp and paper mill changes by more than 3%, the price of waste paper can be reviewed

The tender price does not include the cost of renting premises.
When signing a lease agreement for the premises of LADA Izhevsk LLC, the price is reviewed by the ratio of the rental price per quarter to the amount of waste generated in the past quarter.

The proposed formula for the quarterly calculation of waste paper prices:
Ts of macules (rubles / ton excluding VAT) = Ts of pulp and paper mill average - Ts service.sbor - Ts rent.
Where,
Central pulp and paper mill average = average price for the three nearest pulp and paper mill. Currently accepted = 6266 rubles / ton
TS service fee = (fixed amount of the counterparty, not subject to change during the term of the contract),
Rental price (per ton of waste) = rental price per quarter / volume of waste generated in the past quarter.


Lot is indivisible.

The buyer does not make claims and penalties for the under-delivered or delivered over the specification volume of products.
Conclusion of a model contract as amended by LADA Izhevsk LLC.
The decision to select a supplier based on the results of the request for proposals is made by the Tender Committee / Subcommittee of AVTOVAZ JSC and communicated in accordance with the ETP regulations.
- The Tender Committee / Subcommittee of AVTOVAZ JSC reserves the right not to recognize any of the participants as the winner.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
