Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment Terms: Payment under the contract shall be made by the buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of each consignment on the basis of the signed invoice and consignment note.
The price of the contract includes all expenses related to the execution of the contract specified in the draft Agreement (Part 3 of this documentation).
