Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: 1) CP must be on official letterhead with a seal and Director's signature and attach to boot documentation.
2) in KP, you must specify the
- CMA cost with VAT, subject to delivery to the buyer's warehouse, packing (packing should only be in accordance with the requirements of State standard Gost 14192-96 and 15846-2002)
- measurement units mentioned in CP must comply with those requested;
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- estimated volume and weight (of the whole shipment);
- delivery method;
- acceptance of the contract.
3) The products shall be new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the Technical Commercial Order;
4) Commercial Offer should be accompanied with confotmity certificates, passport, quality certificate;
5) Before shipping be sure to provide a photo of the package, a photo of product labels (requirements for labeling are specified in the uploaded documents);
6) criteria for choosing the best offer: acceptance of the contract our form, quality, delivery time, price, packaging, payment conditions, experience;
7) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Section I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
8) this procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
