Payment products are manufactured to the Supplier upon receipt of goods on the basis of an invoice within 30 calendar days from the date of approval of consignee Conclusions (the Act) of acceptance of a product quantity, quality and completeness after receiving the products of good quality and adequate completeness and presentation of the documents named in paragraph 3.5. hereof (subject to the requirements for their clearance established by the Russian Federation and the Treaty).

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
