Payment terms:Deferred payment of not less than 45 calendar days from delivery of the goods to the Consignee's warehouse in Yaroslavl
Delivery terms:Delivery time: September. Delivery time shall be indicated in the commercial proposal. The costs of products transportation to the warehouse (Yaroslavl, ul. Sovetskaya 81) shall be paid by the Supplier.

Comments:
1. The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trading and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of the System Participant.
2. All the prices in the proposal shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4. If the supplier takes part in the bidding, then he agrees in case of declaring him the winner to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of OJSC Cordiant without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the conditions specified in the announcement of the purchase.
