This request for proposals is open for selecting the source of supply on the electronic trading platform. We ask you to send a commercial offer with the maximum possible discount and deferred payment

To participate in the tender, it is mandatory to attach a scanned commercial offer on letterhead signed by the manager with conditions strictly corresponding to the submitted offer, indicating the pricing formula for which the possibility of delivery is assumed.

- Required price format:

where Kwe is the arithmetic mean of quotations from the Metal Bulletin source (Low and High Price) of the month preceding the month of shipment;
x% discount;


- Buyer's tolerance by quantity: +/- 25%. The quantity of products indicated in the Procured item is indicative, and may differ from the one confirmed for Call for Bidding.

- Contract: according to the buyer's form.

- Requirement for the provision of primary documentation: electronic document management.

- Input control of products entering Ural Steel JSC (sampling/sample preparation) by an independent surveyor. Sampling is carried out on twice the number of samples. In case of detection of deviation of the quality indicators of the received products from the BAT / accompanying quality certificate, further claim work is carried out on a spare/arbitration sample in an accredited independent laboratory by agreement of the parties. The inspection report on the results of the examination of the reserve/arbitration sample is final, the costs are borne by the guilty party.
