Comments: These Marketing studies are conducted in order to find potential contractors/contractors/suppliers for the upcoming Call for Bidding.
The customer, who is the Organizer of marketing research represented by JSC Engineering Center (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer), located at: 460028, Orenburg, Energetikov str., 1, fl. 3, room 8, invites legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter referred to as Bidders) to participate in marketing research.
Any legal entity or individual, as well as an association of these persons, who are legally able to supply the required goods/ perform the required service/ perform the required work, can participate in this procedure.
The marketing research Bidder must provide a commercial offer (in free form), as well as other documents, at the Bidder's discretion (for example, a free-form price offer - in rubles with VAT; documents confirming the price offer: preliminary estimated financial calculation, compiled in accordance with the current regulatory framework of the Russian Federation).
These marketing studies do not constitute a Bid Notice of Call for Bidding, do not give any rights to Bidders and do not entail any obligations for the Customer.
