The customer, who is the organizer of marketing researches in the person of Orenburg branch of PJSC "T Plus" (hereinafter-the organizer), invites legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter – the participants) to participate in carrying out of marketing Research for the needs of the Orenburg branch of PJSC "T Plus", located at the address: 460024, Russia, Orenburg region, Orenburg, ul. Aksakova, D. 3.
Any legal or natural person may participate in this procedure, as well as the association of these persons, capable of legally putting the required goods/performing the required service/perform the required work.
The participant of marketing researches should give the commercial offer (in free form), and also other documents, at the discretion of the participant (for example, the price offer-in free form-in rubles with VAT; documents confirming Quote: Preliminary estimate-financial calculation, drawn up in accordance with the current normative-legal base of the Russian Federation).
The present marketing researches are not the notification on carrying out of purchase, do not give any rights to participants and do not entail occurrence of any duties at the customer.
