The purpose of conducting marketing researches (analysis of the market of works/services) is search of potential contractors/executors of the above works, announcement of purchase and determination of initial (marginal) cost of work.
Initial (maximum) Price: In accordance with the notice of marketing research, the customer determines the initial (marginal) price based on the price proposals of the participants, which will be presented in the open request for proposals.
Requirements to participants of marketing researches:
Any legal or natural person, as well as the association of these persons, capable of legally providing the required services, may participate in this procedure.
Documents required for submission as part of the marketing research participant's offer:
● Price offer-in free form-in rubles with VAT;
● Documents confirming the quotation: Preliminary estimate-financial calculation, made in accordance with the current normative-legal base of the Russian Federation.
● Commercial offer (on the enclosed form);
● Other documents which, according to the participant, are necessary for rendering of the above mentioned services.
