Comments: 1.1.1 The customer, who is the organizer of marketing research in the person of Orenburg branch of PJSC "T Plus" (hereinafter-the Organizer), invited legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter – the participants) to participate in conducting marketing Research on the following works (hereinafter-Works):
Execution of Design and survey works on the object "organization of production selection of steam from Turbine Unit St. № 6 type T-110/120-130" for the branch "Orenburg"
PJSC "T Plus" (Sakmarskaya CHP).
The works are carried out for the needs of the Orenburg branch of PJSC "T Plus", which is located at: 460024, Russia, Orenburg region, Orenburg, ul. Aksakova, D. 3
1.1.2 For inquiries on arisen questions to address: 460000, Orenburg, ul. Power engineers, 12 and by phone (3532) 78-92-15-Alexey Kilozov-the leading engineer of Watsu;
1.1.3 The purpose of conducting marketing researches (analysis of the market of works/services) is search of potential contractors/executors of the above works, announcement of purchase and determination of initial (marginal) cost of work.
1.2 Initial (maximum) Price: In accordance with the notice of marketing research, the customer determines the initial (marginal) price based on the price proposals of the participants, which will be presented at the open request for proposals
1.3 Requirements to participants of marketing researches.
Any legal or natural person, as well as the association of these persons, capable of legally providing the required services, may participate in this procedure.
1.4 Documents required for submission as part of the participant's proposal.
In connection with the above, the participant of marketing researches should include in the composition of the proposal the following documents:
● Price offer-in free form-in rubles with VAT;
● Commercial offer (on the enclosed form);
● Documents confirming the quotation: Preliminary estimate-financial calculation, made in accordance with the current normative-legal base of the Russian Federation.
● Other documents which, according to the participant, are necessary for rendering of the above mentioned services.
